19-year-old winger Jesse Ansah will finish the season in TF1 following his move from Kidderminster Harriers to Telford United earlier this season.
The attack-minded player pointed to how different it has been at Telford this season.
"There has been a big difference in the way they run the clubs.
“At Telford, the system felt more organised and more one-to-one support to develop me as a player and as a team player, which is very important when thinking about my individual development.” said Ansah.
“There has been more competition for places.
“At Kidderminster, there are various teams at different age groups, but at Telford, there’s just one, so fighting for that one place is vital, and it has made me raise my game," the 19 year old continued.
During his time at Kidderminster Harriers, Ansah credited the coaching at the club for massively improving his game.
"I am grateful for the opportunity to have played for Kidderminster Harriers.
“It was a great experience for me. The coaches were really good and I had a lot of great times.
“However, I believe that the move to Telford has been beneficial for my development as a player.
“The coaching staff and the organisation at the club have been fantastic, and I feel like I have improved massively while I have been here." Ansah added
The youngster is relishing playing with a new group of players.
“It is important to me to continue improving as a player and helping the team to win games.
“We have a great group of players, and I believe we can achieve great things next season," said Ansah
The attacker’s immediate aim is to continue performing well for Telford and to help the team achieve success this season.
However, he also has his sights set on higher goals and ambitions in the future.
"I would like to progress further up the football league pyramid in the future, but for now, I am focused on ending this season well and continuing to develop efficiently as a player.
“I believe that if I work hard and continue to improve, I can achieve great things in my career."
